Dr. Steve Rajpatty is the Chairman and Lead Consultant of Atlantic Project Consultants Limited (APCL), bringing over 25 years of experience in the construction and built environment sectors. A Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Chartered Building Engineer, FIDIC-certified professional, and Certified Project and Contracts Administrator, Dr. Rajpatty has been instrumental in shaping major residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects across Trinidad and Tobago.
Throughout his distinguished career, he has worked with leading conglomerates, state enterprises, and private clients, offering strategic guidance and technical expertise in project management, cost control, and construction consultancy. His leadership is defined not only by deep technical knowledge but also by a strong vision and a commitment to excellence and innovation.
Before founding APCL, Dr. Rajpatty held director roles in several prominent companies and organisations. His desire for a more personal and impactful approach to consulting led to the establishment of APCL—a firm dedicated to delivering comprehensive and forward-thinking solutions in the built environment.
His international experience in business management and strategy and as a business consultant in the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada influenced his leadership style. Exposure to global best practices enriched his perspective and equipped him to drive innovation, creativity, strategic management/planning, and high-performance outcomes at APCL and in his previous executive roles.
